I did have to wait longer than usual.   This wasn't too much of a problem as I had nothing urgent scheduled for the morning. But this made the appointment time longer than normal and was therefore more time away from my job. But overall the service was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. — Linda

Having Dr. Chan take the time to personally perform some of the routine check-up work himself, and then thoroughly explaining what he saw and what we needed to do to address/monitor potential issues/problems going forward.
