Paperless Office

Beginning the summer of 2013, after much preparation, our office has upgraded our core software to an electronic health record (EHR-compliant) software. Our office is now totally paperless. Patient information are securely stored on computer servers that provide immediate and easy access from anywhere in our office.

• Patient signatures are now captured by signature pad
• Prior to their visit, patients can now fill out forms online in the comfort of their own home
• Improvement to the quality of care, efficiency and access as well as safety and security
• Scheduling, correspondence, and even actual treatment are expedited
• Clinical information is stored in a highly structured manner, allowing better and easier patient understanding in treatment presentation
• Accuracy and consistency in treatment planning/sequencing are actually improved
