FINANCIAL POLICY
It is great to have dental insurance benefits. However, there are a few things you should know about dental insurance coverage in general.
- As a courtesy to you we will prepare and submit your claim to your insurance company
- Insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts
- If dental insurance covered all procedures 100%, the premiums would be too high for employers to afford to offer it as a benefit
- Dental insurance is a contract between your employer and the insurance company. We have no control over what is or is not covered
- Their coverage does not reflect in any way your treatment needs
- At times it may be necessary to submit a preauthorization
- Although preauthorizations are accurate they are not always a guarantee of payment from the insurance company
- Insurance companies generally render payment within 30 days. After 45 days, you are responsible for the entire balance paid-in-full
- Interest will be charged on balances over 90 days past due
- If you have any questions, please call our office and our courteous staff will be more than happy to assist you
- For your convenience we accept Cash, Checks, MasterCard, Visa and American Express
- Comprehensive treatment may require financial planning, we offer CareCredit financing to make extensive treatment affordable
